Walter Tukahiirwa has spent 24 years building enterprise risk architecture and governance systems for financial institutions across 17 countries. His engagements have helped development banks unlock institutional capital, off-grid energy companies reach investor-grade governance, and more than 500 board members and executives sharpen their fiduciary capability. He co-authored credit-risk guidance for the World Bank’s CGAP and has delivered programmes for the African Development Bank, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, KfW and Symbiotics. He operates Nestor Advisory from Kampala, Uganda.
